Insomnia is back. I’m getting a grand total of two hours of sleep a night, but I just can’t sleep! I keep wandering around whatever apartment or hotel room I’m staying in at the given time, have been drinking hot chocolate by the bucketful, can’t stand the thought of swallowing another homeopathic sleep remedy and can’t take conventional sleeping aids because they make my migraines flare with a passion.
Maybe the organic peppermint I bought today will help when brewed as a tea. I’m almost ready to knock myself on the head with a sledgehammer if that will keep me down a little longer.
